About Data Route Grid

A Phuket-based practice built around financial audit of tax reporting applications — returns, schedules, and the working papers behind them.

Why we exist

Tax reporting applications decide whether a company’s numbers travel cleanly to the Revenue Department. We formed Data Route Grid after years of seeing draft returns leave finance desks with mismatched schedules, unsupported claims, and silence where an officer would later ask questions. Our work is the financial audit of those applications — not product demos, not bookkeeping takeover.

Where we work

Our office is on Level 8, 46 Phuket Road, Mueang Phuket. Much of the fieldwork happens in binders and shared folders; kickoff and exit meetings often happen here, with tea and printed exception lists. We also travel to client offices when the ledger lives in a server room or a hotel back office.

How we approach an engagement

We read applications the way a careful reviewer would: line first, story second. We ask for the invoice behind a claim, the contract behind a deduction, the bank line behind a remittance. Findings are written in plain language so your bookkeeper can act without decoding jargon.

Values that show up in the report

  • Specificity — we name the invoice and the form box, not vague “control gaps.”
  • Independence — we do not sell the software your accountant uses, and we do not rewrite your books to win the next retainer.
  • Calm deadlines — filing week is stressful enough; our timelines are set at kickoff and kept.
