Rates and estimate guide
Starting fees for financial audit work on tax reporting applications. Final quotes follow a short scoping call.
Fees reflect the size of the binder, the number of tax reporting applications in scope, and how orderly the ledgers are. The figures below are starting points for a single Thai limited company with complete draft applications. Multi-entity groups, first-year filings, and reconstructed books are quoted separately.
Full tax reporting application audit
CIT pack, agreed VAT months, and related withholding schedules for one period. Written memorandum and exit meeting included.
Year-end CIT package review
Corporate income tax application and supporting schedules only.
VAT return application review
Per month of VAT applications reviewed against invoices and the control account.
Withholding tax schedule check
PND schedules and remittance lines for one month, one entity.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and branches in the binder
- Quality of draft applications and whether schedules already tie to the trial balance
- Rush work inside a filing window (subject to reviewer availability)
- On-site days outside Phuket (travel billed at cost)
How payment works
A 40% retainer reserves the engagement dates. The balance is invoiced when we deliver the final memorandum or findings letter. We accept bank transfer in THB. Deposits and cancellations are described on our refund policy page.
