Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, selected audit type, optional filing period, and message content
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Correspondence: emails or calls you initiate with our office
We do not ask for national ID numbers, full tax identification numbers, or complete ledgers through the public website form. Share sensitive engagement documents only through channels we confirm after intake.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to audit inquiries, prepare estimates, perform contracted engagements, improve site usability (if analytics are accepted), and meet legal obligations under Thai law.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, we rely on your request to take steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, or consent where cookies are optional.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows, unless a longer period is required for legal claims. Engagement files follow the retention period stated in the engagement letter, typically not less than five years for tax-related working papers. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics tool’s settings, usually 14 months or less.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and applicable exemptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time via browser controls or by clearing the site’s stored consent choice. Contact info@dataroutegrid.digital to exercise rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Thailand. If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.
Sharing
We share personal data with service providers who host email or site infrastructure, with professional advisers when required, and with authorities when Thai law obliges disclosure. We do not sell personal data.
Security
We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and need-to-know limits for staff handling inquiries. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full tax binders through the public form.
